Shipping info & Returns

1. Delivery

Sabily Collection informs you that shipments of products from the website www.sabilycollection.com are managed and shipped from Asia.

Your packages will be prepared and shipped within 48/72 hours after receipt of your payment. Your package will be sent to you from Asia with FedEx Express or Aramex International shipping service. The estimated delivery times is 7 working days. When your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

We would like to point out that our shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They can include a fixed part and a variable part depending on the weight of your package.

We deliver to France, UK, Europe; USA and the rest of the world. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the weight of each package.

DELAYS DURING HOLIDAY PERIODS:

During official holidays and celebrations (such as Eid and other public holidays), shipping carriers may suspend or slow down their services, leading to delays beyond our control. Sabily Collection cannot be held responsible for extended shipping times during these periods. The estimated delivery times provided are for reference only and may be extended due to logistical disruptions imposed by our shipping partners.

2. Return

We offer you the possibility of returning your products under certain conditions.

When the reference you received is not the one ordered. You then have 7 days to send us an email to customer service using the contact form to report the incident and we will send you a prepaid label as soon as possible in order to proceed with the exchange with the correct product.

– For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns for perfume oils, musks and Oud oils. This is because of the risk of contamination and in order to guarantee all our customers the new condition of all our products. Indeed, a product used therefore becomes an unsaleable product.

Incense (Oud and Oliban) cannot be returned or exchanged. It is for this reason that we suggest that you buy small quantities of Oud (5g) and Oliban (30g) in order to test our products.

📦 Unboxing Policy – For a smooth and secure experience

Because your satisfaction is our top priority, and to ensure a quick and fair resolution in case of any issue, we kindly ask you to record a full video of the unboxing process as soon as you receive your package.

This short, uninterrupted video should clearly show the condition of the package upon arrival as well as the complete unboxing of its contents.

Please note that without this video, we will unfortunately not be able to accept any claim regarding missing or damaged items.
This policy is in place to protect both our valued customers and our shipping team, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

If any issue is found and supported with video proof, rest assured that we will offer you a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

We inform you that the return periods are 7 days from receipt of your order.

The products on sale or in promotions will not be refunded or exchanged.

If you wish to return your product (s), follow the instructions below:

1. Contact the customer service by filling out the contact form to inform them of your product return.

2. Pack the product (s) correctly to prevent it from breaking or damaging during transport:

– Take care to place the products in a thick package or at best, in the original package.
– Write on a free paper my order number and the reason for my return.

3. I ship my package at my expense, to the return address that customer service will have previously indicated to me.

Upon receipt, we check your product (s) in accordance with our Return Conditions, available in our General Sales Conditions.

If the product is compliant, that is to say it is new and in its original packaging, we will refund you via your original payment method or with a credit note corresponding to the purchase amount of your product (s).
Otherwise, we will not be able to refund the product (s). We will therefore be forced to return it / them to you at your expense.
