Your packages will be prepared and shipped within 48/72 hours after receipt of your payment. Your package will be sent to you from Asia with FedEx Express International shipping service. The estimated delivery times is 7 working days. When your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.
We would like to point out that our shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They can include a fixed part and a variable part depending on the weight of your package.

We offer you the possibility of returning your products under certain conditions.

– If you wish to return a compliant but unwanted product, which is new in its blister box, then you can return it (s) to us up to 7 days after receipt in order to proceed with an exchange or a refund. The date of shipping of the return package is taken as proof.
Incense (Oud and Oliban) cannot be returned or exchanged when it has been used. It is for this reason that we suggest that you buy small quantities of Oud (5g) and Oliban (30g) in order to test our products.
We inform you that the withdrawal periods are 7 days from receipt of your order.
The products on sale, on sale or in promotions will not be refunded but only exchanged or returned in return for a credit to be used on our website.
If you wish to return your product (s), follow the instructions below:
1. Contact the customer service by filling out the contact form to inform them of your product return.
2. Pack the product (s) correctly to prevent it from breaking or damaging during transport:
