The Premium Frankincense Royal Hojari Green Omani, Boswellia Sacra (also called Luban or luben) is an edible oliban and a natural therapeutic incense that comes from the Boswellia Sacra, a tree that grows in the Dhofar Desert in the Sultanate of Oman.

How to use frankincense resin as incense?
With charcoal:
Take a piece of charcoal, then light a corner. Put in a suitable incense burner, and wait for approximately 3 minutes (or until all the charcoal is heated thoroughly and evenly). Then put a piece, or a few pieces on top of hot coal. Sit back and enjoy as the aroma fills the room.
1) Fragrance and Color:
The color is a translucent green, almost white, with a very fresh citrus scent featuring balsamic notes, complemented by a rich and beautifully woody aroma. The flavor is fresh and mild, with a hint of citrus at the end. Our frankincense is edible. After harvest, Hojari green frankincense undergoes a natural color transformation. Like certain resins and aromatic woods, it gradually darkens over time. This visual change is completely normal and does not affect its quality or properties in any way.

It can be used for medicinal purposes, is edible, and has been traditionally used in African and Asian medicine to aid digestion and promote healthy skin. 3) Usage Recommendations:
It can be burned as incense on charcoal, consumed as an infusion, soaked in a 1.5L bottle of mineral water for 3-4 hours before drinking, or chewed like gum.
